Tesla to float New Stock Offering to fund Electric SUV.

For all of the Tesla Enthusiasts out there...great news from Tesla motors......

Tesla plans to sell 5.3 million shares to the public, and up to 795,000 more to the underwriter, at $26 each, according to a regulatory filing. That would raise up to $158.5 million. The $26 price is a 3 per cent discount to Tuesday’s closing price of $26.72.

Now in development is the Model X, which is an SUV. Tesla currently plans to show a prototype of the Model X crossover by the end of 2011 and start selling it in the fourth quarter of 2013.

This is great! A new Model known as the Model X an SUV...Tesla preparing to show us a prototype by the end of 2011.

Tesla was working on producing this wireless power by employing the Earth's own resonance with it's frequency to

Tesla as we know was one to always give his patents away due to the fact that he was such a humanitarian. The short wave radio was no different. Tesla said that Marconi used 17 of his patents, and it took until 1943 to give the credit to Tesla.
